Governments, Oil, Banking And Arms Sure Love Think Tanks

I am sure the US, UK, NATO, Militaries, Big Oil, Arms Corporations and other governments fund foreign policy think tanks, because they love their neutral, critical analyses. I am sure corporations who look to squeeze every buck, fund these think tanks, because they are rabid readers of every report, for every think tank they fund. I am sure it does not effect the writing bias of their employees! Governments do not have a history of silencing dissent, or squashing investigations.
